# fba.market > European B2B wholesale platform for FBA overstock and customer returns from third-party sellers. Operated by NETIUM s.r.o., Czechia. Buyers set percentage bids and monthly capacity on one bidding sheet, then receive goods through waterfall allocation without per-lot auctions. Bid once, receive for months. This guide summarizes the published buying model. The linked pages provide the details for each topic. Product examples and estimator results are illustrative, not a live inventory feed, a binding quotation or a guarantee of resale profit. Contact the account team for current availability, bids and delivery arrangements. - Buyers: businesses with an active EU VAT registration, verified via VIES during onboarding. The platform serves wholesale buyers and resellers across the EU. - Product selection: buyers choose categories, price ranges and product sources, not individual items or specific ASINs (product identifiers). Goods are allocated as inventory arrives. - Bidding sheet: 27 product categories, six retail-price ranges and two product sources. One segment is one category × one price range × one product source. Buyers set a bid percentage and monthly capacity for each chosen segment and can update bids monthly. - Price ranges: below €5, €5–15, €15–25, €25–35, €35–45 and above €45, based on the product's 90-day average retail price. - Pricing: unit purchase cost = average retail price × bid percentage. For example, €30 × 12% = €3.60 per unit. These are example calculations, not fixed prices for all products. - Waterfall allocation: the highest percentage bidder in a segment receives goods first, up to their capacity. Remaining goods flow to the next highest bidder. A low bid may receive only overflow or no goods. - Minimums: there is no minimum bid or strict minimum capacity. The FAQ recommends planning around at least 1,000 units per chosen category for practical logistics; an account manager helps set suitable capacity. - Overstock: unsold excess inventory from FBA sellers, supplied new and unopened in original packaging. - Customer returns: items returned by consumers, with condition ranging from like-new to defective. Packaging may be opened or resealed. Item condition and return reasons are documented in the manifest; returns are not all guaranteed to work. - Manifests: each shipment includes item-level product identifiers, names, categories, condition, product source, average retail price, bid percentage and unit cost. Ask the account manager for a sample manifest. - Services: delivery manifests, condition reporting, short-term storage and managed EU shipping. Category sorting, custom labeling, enriched product data and CSV/XML listing feeds are add-ons. Functional testing, completeness checks, repackaging and consolidation are available on request. - Getting started: submit a business email through the contact page, complete the onboarding questionnaire and VAT verification, then set the bidding sheet with an account manager. The published onboarding timeline is account manager assignment within one business day and first delivery in under 14 days. - Operator: NETIUM s.r.o., Reg.
